Vibrating Screen

Vibrating screen bearings are widely used in mining vibrating machinery, vibrating screen machines, and vibrating motors, and are one of the key components of such equipment. The operating conditions for these bearings are extremely harsh, involving high humidity and a large amount of dust particles.

To address the load characteristics generated by the eccentric shaft of a vibrating screen, EISENBERG has developed self-aligning roller bearings with high load-bearing capacity and excellent impact resistance. Our company currently uses the 223 series bearings with inner bores of 45-190mm, featuring tapered or cylindrical bores, in this equipment.

Vibrating screen bearings must be able to withstand high loads and high speeds, and the acceleration and centrifugal forces experienced by this type of equipment during operation must be considered. Rotational imbalance can cause shaft deflection and slippage, leading to repeated friction and increased operating temperature.

EISENBERG vibrating screen bearings offer the following advantages:

– Reduced maintenance costs

– Extended service life

– Increased dynamic and static load capacity

– Increased operating speed and reduced operating temperature

– Reduced vibration
