Spherical Roller Bearings are bearings in which drum-shaped rollers are assembled between an inner ring with two raceways and an outer ring with spherical raceways. Because the outer ring raceway is spherical, these bearings have excellent self-aligning properties and can compensate for coaxiality errors. Spherical Roller Bearings can withstand heavy radial loads, axial loads, and certain combined loads. These bearings are particularly suitable for operation under vibration or shock loads.
EISENBERG self-aligning roller bearings are available with cylindrical or tapered bores, and with window-type stamped steel cages and double-tooth type integral machined brass cages.
EISENBERG self-aligning roller bearings are mainly used in the steel industry, mining and construction, papermaking machinery, power transmission devices, fluid machinery, and lifting and transportation machinery.
